This photo is captivating with its color and texture. I wonder if the paint was viewed as vandalism or if someone is trying out shades of paint.
Interesting question! I had to realise, when travelling (this photo was taken in Tenby ), that maybe not everybody « reads » those « stains » the same way. When I first saw them I found them strange, was wandering why nobody « cleaned » them or fixed them.It seems, however, that some people do not see it that way and do not feel the need to make disappear the « offending » colours. I could not help but take photos.
