To look at or to see

Soufriere, in  St. Lucia, has two beautiful beaches difficult to access, either  by a very steep road, or by motor boat. Sugar Beach is dominated by Petit Piton, one of the two most important landmarks in Saint Lucia. But tourists go there mostly to snorkel in the small reserve along the rocks. On arrival, I see above all  heads above the water, concentrated on what is under water. But this type of activity does not suit my claustrophobic tendencies and I just swim on the surface of the water looking in the prism of clear water hoping to see the treasures promised by advertising. I see small striped fish, long, short, more or less large, some rare corals, then I get tired and swim on my back. I then see the beautiful rocky scenery of the bay that surrounds me from all sides and I do  not feel like  looking at  the bottom of the water. Without doubt the most beautiful setting in which I have been allowed to wade.
