I just wanted to focus on a different angle.. Now that I use my camera regularly, I am fascinated to see that the frame (here it is the window) changes the way one sees things.

Absolutely. It makes us put a context on whatever the picture is, which we might not with a different frame.

it is a photo, but I have tampered with colours and filters , I thought the effect was more dramatic in that version 🙂
