Interesting question! I had to realise, when travelling (this photo was taken in Tenby ), that maybe not everybody “reads” those “stains ” the same way. When I first saw them I found them strange, was wandering why nobody “cleaned” them or fixed them.It seems, however, that some people do not see it that way and do not feel the need to make disappear the “offending ” colours. I could not help but take photos.
