There is no sense of rebirth, rebeginning and eggs seem out of place at this time of year. The sun is here, however, I think it is the first time ever that I could have herbal tea outside in the sun in a warm weather. Easter is interesting here because it is the second biggest holiday in NZ after Christmas. After Easter we slowly go in the dark and emerge again in late spring 🙂

It’s like Christmas and Easter reversed. Someone with more time for thinking about it could no doubt come up with metaphors in the natural world, but I’m stumped. I hope you’re ready to snug in for the coming cold.
