photo: seeing a solitary flower by the roadside, a moment of emotion

if I were a flower

I would be red and solitary,

I would grow by the roadside

I would sway in the wind

I would greet passersby

some would say,

it is  a bit like me,

maybe not such a bad thing after all,

to walk this way.
