photo: it’s not always sunny in Mykonos, but even when the sky is threatening, beauty is found.
I had known how to read between the lines of power for a long time, very proud of myself I guess, to read what others could not, to feel the vibe! I wondered why such a talent had not taken me much further, but later, much later, when it had become no longer important, I realised that what was obvious to everybody else did not reach me that is, what was on the line.

Je savais lire depuis longtemps entre les lignes du pouvoir, bien fière de moi je suppose, de deviner l’ambiance que les autres ne sentaient pas ! Je me demandais pourquoi un tel talent ne m’avait menée plus loin, mais plus tard, bien plus tard, lorsque cela fut devenu inutile, je compris que ce qui était évident pour tous, soit ce qui se trouvait sur la ligne, m’était resté étranger.
