I have found, living in Nelson, that some places are nicer in the sun, others in the rain, and others that are always nice. I find it hard to imagine Italy or Sardinia without sun, for example. Enter the name of the city, region or country that comes to mind.

The city that is only beautiful in the sun: Nelson, where I live, is the sunniest city in the country. It is rare that there are more than two days without sunshine, but when it does happen I find the whole town loses its charm, this is not the case in Greymouth, which exudes something quite special in the rain. Strange!
