photo: for somebody like me, who can hardly draw, tracing letters gives me the impression that I create them. Delphi
Tracing one’s emotions
with a graphite pencil
in a lined notebook.
In the whisper of the paper
the words carry their past
the zigzags of their dance
in the whisper of the paper
on the lined paper
d’oracles et de dieux/ of oracles and gods

The paraphernalia translates
through the mirror of others, of
smiles to the cameras that do not watch you.
Shouting in the aisles that will lead to gray stones: forgotten posterity (you have to take care of your calligraphy)
Delphi, Grece, 2016, Sylvie GE
L’attirail se traduit
dans le miroir des autres,
des sourires aux caméras
qui ne vous regardent pas.
S’écrier dans les allées qui
vont déboucher sur le gris
des pierres : postérité oubliée
(il faut soigner sa calligraphie)
