For a long time, I felt the weight of past events and decisions on my shoulders but then realised that if the past cannot be changed the narrative surrounding it has the power to make it a lot lighter.

In all honesty, doesn't really exist, right? To be completely honest, we should include our shadow (according to Jung), and that we cannot, not in public anyway. We try, therefore, we try, as best we can.
