I love water in every shape or forms: streams, rivers, lakes, ponds (water lilies), the sea, the shore, the beach, the rocks by the water, the sound of running water. I like to take baths (but no bath in Nelson), showers (very hot), I like to go to the pool, to the spa. I wish I could surf, but I will never go in a submarine, nor will I scuba dive.
what we do on Sundays
stays between us
and what we see through the branches
will stay amongst us

the threat of water
and even the pain
it was in the knees
or in the heart
we would not remember but
we would be holding hands
we would watch
over there
where the pages are filled with
carbon and history
